Terms and Conditions

Services Provided:
Spruce Home Organization will provide professional organizing services, including decluttering, organizing, and space planning, as agreed upon during the consultation.
 

Client Responsibilities:

The client must be present during sessions unless agreed otherwise.

The client retains decision-making authority over the disposal or donation of items.

The client is responsible for notifying the organizer of any allergies, safety concerns, or access restrictions.

Payment Terms:

Payment is required upon completion of each session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of [insert amount].

Confidentiality:
All client information and the condition of the home will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared without explicit permission.
 

Liability:
The organizer is not responsible for damage to property or items during the organizing process unless caused by gross negligence.
 

Materials and Supplies:
Any necessary organizing materials (bins, labels, etc.) will be purchased with prior client approval and billed separately.
 

Limitations of Service:
Services do not include heavy lifting, moving furniture, or hazardous material removal unless explicitly agreed upon.
 

Termination:
Either party may terminate services with verbal or written notice. Any outstanding balance for completed sessions must be paid upon termination.
